By creating a driver account, uploading documents, going online, accepting jobs or using the Driver App, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Drivers are responsible for ensuring that payout details are accurate and up to date.
The Driver App may require drivers to upload photos, signatures, barcode scans, QR scans, notes or other proof-of-delivery records.

Drivers are responsible for:

Not using another person’s account.

Using the app in accordance with Drive2Deliver policies.

Where required by law, Drive2Deliver will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities.

The Drive2Deliver Driver App is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
Drivers must be legally eligible to drive and provide services in Australia.
Drive2Deliver does not knowingly collect driver account information from minors.
The Driver App may contain links to third-party websites, government resources, payment providers, maps, support systems or other external services.
Drive2Deliver is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites or third-party services.
Drivers should review the privacy policies of any third-party services they use.
Drive2Deliver may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If material changes are made, Drive2Deliver may notify drivers through the app, email, SMS or other reasonable method.
Drivers may be required to review and accept the updated Privacy Policy before continuing to use the Driver App.
